Eligibility Criteria
- Age: The age range for applicants is between 18 and 50 years old.
- Location: Applicants must be residents of Vientiane, specifically within the districts of Chanthabouly, Sisattanak, Xaysetha, Sikhottabong, Xaythany, and Hatxayfong.
- Bank Account: Applicants are required to have a bank account with any bank, such as the Bank of the Lao P.D.R. or the Lao Development Bank.
- SIM Card: The applicant's mobile phone SIM card must be registered in their own name.
